Restyle offers convenient drop off and pick up options by appointment in order to ensure proper staffing.
Need Restyle to pick up or deliver your items?
We offer that option as well by appointment and nominal fee based
on location, items moved, and difficulty for movement.
RETURN POLICY
Restyle's return policy is items may be returned within 7 days for instore credit. We are happy to happy to hold an item for 24 hours to allow time for you to double check your measurements and/or color schemes in your home.

AGREEMENT TO SELL
I* In accordance with this Agreement, the Consignor grants an exclusive right to display and sell the mutually agreed upon item(s), pursuant to the terms of this Agreement
* The sale price of all items and terms of sale shall be determined by Consignee and Consignor agreement.
PROCEEDS AND TERMS OF SALES
* The Consignor shall be paid by check their portion of the proceeds, 50% of the sale price, not to include any applicable sale tax charged, at the end of each month, for the sale of their item(s).

AGREED UPON ITEM(S) AND PRICE LISTS ATTACHED TO THIS DOCUMENT.
* The Consignee shall retain possession and control for a minimum of 90 days. Each 30 days the price will reduce by 10%. Merchandise not sold at the end of the consignment period, shall be picked up by the Consignor. The Consignor has responsibility for retrieving and removing the unsold merchandise.
* Failure to remove merchandise after 90 days results in the unsold merchandise becoming the property of Consignee.
* Consignee agrees to maintain the agreed upon selling price structure for each item consigned but has the flexibility to “barter” to adjust the sales price of consignor merchandise by 10% of the agreed price structure.
* The Consignee shall maintain insurance for the premises and all contents.
